There are a lot of exciting developments happening with low energy wireless sensing and Apple led the way with the iPhone 4s. The first mobile device to support the new bluetooth low energy standard. Wireless sensing that can last for months/years on a watch button cell. Did you know you can get in on the fun for only $25? This talk will discuss the available BLE development hardware, how to get it and how to start developing new innovative BLE based apps without needing to be an electrical engineer.
